We charge our clients a base retainer of £xx.xx per month which entitles you to xx amount of hours of remote support within office hours
Out of hours remote support / emergency support is charged at £xx.xx per hour. Minimum support period is 30 minutes.
This includes x amount of hours onsite support if required. Anything outside of this package is billed at £x and £x for out of hours.
The final price per month is influenced by the amount of hardware that requires support.
